Who We Are

We’re Decimal, a real estate private equity startup building a modern operating engine to buy, flip, and hold residential properties across the U.S. We source deals directly from homeowners using tech and creative marketing, underwrite them in-house, and operate flips through our own management company.

What You’ll Do

You’ll be a force multiplier across the company, working directly with the founders.

Day-to-day will vary, but you’ll likely:

• Jump in to respond to seller leads or help troubleshoot deals
• Coordinate with our AI agents, data vendors, and contractors
• Underwrite properties using training from our playbook (and your logic)
